I just have finished creating a contract price on fast moving ac plugs for my commercial customers. The outline to follow, is on the exploris help file on counter-link ( same as setting a sale price). It works very well and is pretty easy to use. We could also use this feature to create a short term sales special of our own. Check it out.

Did you put the contract for each account, by group, by master or in enterprise. When I rolled existing contract prices from JCon to exploris I ended up with contract prices in two areas, both the account and in group (this was for PBE items lacquer thinner etc.) I had to delete the account contracts individulally so when I made a price change at the group level, the group level price took affect.
